Event Details
Nuh was a Prophet who called his people to Allah for nearly a thousand years. His story is the story of a man who loved his people, a story of patience and tribulation, a story of conviction and sacrifice, and a story of reward and punishment. It is a commentary on the rich and the poor, the strong and the weak, the arrogant and the humble.

But most of all it is an explanation of Prophethood and the reality of da'wah.

What is the true story of Nuh? What really caused the flood? What really happened to his family? How is he depicted in the Abrahamic faiths and in other ancient sources from India to Iraq? What led him to eventually make the du'a that unleashed the flood? What can we learn from Surah Nuh in the Quran? How does this Surah relate to the life of our Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)?

All these questions and more will be answered in this course that covers Surah 71 of the Quran, Surah Nuh.
